This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute client projects for Review Intelligence.
• Define and implement projects utilizing predictive AI, GenAI, and/or structured analytics.
• Ensure that client requirements are consistently updated throughout the engagement and adjust development approaches as necessary.
• Carefully track data and design as well as implement statistical validation and metrics reporting.
• Collaborate with support and technical teams across the organization.
• Document lessons learned for internal discussions and improvements in both processes and technology.
• Monitor and escalate project risks as necessary.
• Provide end-of-project metrics for ROI evaluations and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop or enhance playbooks for the core workflows of established offerings.
• Implement and update the Review Intelligence training curriculum for new team members and secondees.
• Offer requirements analysis and user-validation feedback to product development teams.
• Work together with marketing, client success, and sales on client-facing overviews of Review Intelligence solutions.
• Operate in a virtual office setting, with approximately 5% travel required.
• An advanced degree in a relevant field (law, technology, statistics) is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the litigation or eDiscovery industry is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in advanced analytics within eDiscovery is necessary.
• Previous experience in an in-house corporate legal role, law firm legal staff, or as an eDiscovery vendor is required.
• Strong knowledge of eDiscovery technology, including Relativity Analytics, Relativity aiR, Reveal (Brainspace), or similar analytics platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of litigation support and legal discovery processes and concepts.
• Demonstrated success and eagerness to consult with clients/internal departments, project expertise, and address both day-to-day and strategic challenges.
• Experience in leading complex projects and managing multidisciplinary teams from different departments is preferred.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with clients and internal staff.
• A customer service approach that is consultative, approachable, respectful, and polite.
• Capability to multitask effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in using a computer, communicating via telephone, and reading printed materials.
• Willingness to be on call periodically and work outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends.
