This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee collaboration with clients, brokers, and benefit providers throughout implementation projects across the UK&I and international markets.

• Collect, document, and analyze customer requirements effectively.

• Create comprehensive solution designs that align with Benifex best practices.

• Collaborate with technical colleagues to design practical, scalable solutions using Benifex technology.

• Proactively identify risks, exceptions, and edge cases at an early stage.

• Develop strong end-to-end processes and workflows.

• Provide solutions that prioritize user experience for both employees and customer administrators.

• Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on benefits, Benifex solutions, and integrations for internal teams.

• Contribute to product development initiatives by providing customer and market insights.

• Represent Benifex as a solution expert during sales meetings when necessary.

• Enhance best-practice libraries, processes, and implementation standards.

• Share knowledge and assist in the development of team members.

• Research and broaden understanding of the global benefits landscape.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role focused on requirements gathering within a project delivery setting.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple customer projects concurrently.

• Familiarity with system integration projects, particularly in HR or Payroll integrations.

• Strong ownership mentality with a focus on completion and high accountability.

• Evidence of proactively driving improvements and constructively challenging existing processes.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex or technical concepts to diverse audiences.

• Confidence in handling challenging conversations with empathy and fairness.

• A collaborative team player with a solution-oriented, problem-solving approach.

• Comfortable working with technology and logical process design.

• Experience in the benefits, HR, technology, or payroll industry in a consulting or implementation role is a plus.
