Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete solution design process for AutoStore opportunities, converting customer needs into validated solution proposals through operational analysis, material flow modeling, simulations, 3D renderings, and customer presentation proposals.

• Cultivate expertise in AutoStore technology, products, and integration strategies to provide scalable, high-quality solutions that align with customer requirements.

• Assist in strategic and enterprise opportunities by directing solution design activities, formulating validated concepts, providing rough order of magnitude estimates and ROI insights, and offering technical support throughout the sales cycle.

• Inform customers and partners about AutoStore capabilities, product advancements, and best practices to enhance solution value and adoption.

• Empower the partner ecosystem through training, technical assistance, and solution governance, enabling partners to independently design and implement successful AutoStore solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in solution design, technical consulting, engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.

• Strong analytical skills, with the capability to translate customer needs into scalable and commercially viable solutions.

• Proficiency in developing and presenting clear, customer-facing solution proposals supported by simulations, visualizations, cost estimates, and structured proposals.

• Strong commercial awareness, enabling support for the commercial team across the entire customer journey.

• Collaborative working approach, with the ability to coordinate effectively across regional teams.

• Comfortable facilitating enablement activities, including training and providing technical guidance to key stakeholders.
