Solution Consultant – Arbortext, SLM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborating as part of a nationwide Sales team in India, providing customer-facing functional and technical expertise to assist PTC Account Managers and Sales representatives throughout the entire customer purchasing process.

• Engaging with customers and prospects to identify their needs, processes, and challenges or concerns.

• Evaluating the suitability of PTC Solutions.

• Addressing Requests for Information, Proposals, and Quotations.

• Creating and presenting a comprehensive PTC Digital Thread solution vision to clients, highlighting SLM (particularly Service BOM) as a vital differentiator that bridges the digital thread from engineering to the field.

• Designing and showcasing technical solutions, including Arbortext editor, Styler, Creo Illustrate, Arbortext IsoDraw, Arbortext Content Delivery (ACD), and the publishing engine.

• Preparing and delivering both standard and customized solution demonstrations.

• Conducting technical benchmarking and Proof of Concepts.

• Supporting the Customer Value Proposition.

• Assisting PTC’s extensive network of Partners, including Resellers, System Integrators, Advisory Groups, and prominent Academic institutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience with technical solutions for Arbortext and Service Lifecycle Management.

• Practical experience with PTC Arbortext products; PTC certifications in Arbortext or Windchill are highly advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to set and achieve milestones and deadlines.

• Willingness to travel within India.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
