This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Facilitate impactful and engaging client discovery sessions to identify significant business challenges, strategic objectives, and operational hurdles.
• Actively engage in the qualification process by assessing prospect needs to ensure alignment with our Adaptive ERP and complementary offerings.
• Create, develop, and present persuasive software demonstrations and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to formulate tailored win strategies, prepare RFP/RFI responses, and manage intricate technical evaluations.
• Sustain an exceptional level of expertise regarding QAD’s solution suite, trends in the manufacturing industry, and the competitive landscape.
• Over five years of experience in a sales environment focused on ERP solutions.
• Proven ability to maintain high morale and activity levels throughout long sales cycles.
• Established success in a customer-facing role as a Solution Consultant, Sales Engineer, or in Pre-Sales within the enterprise software (SaaS) sector.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and quality management principles.
• Capacity to think quickly, convey technical concepts in terms of business value, and adapt seamlessly during live, outcome-oriented demonstrations when circumstances shift.
• Familiarity with Generative AI applications in a workplace setting.
• Proficient in English and one or more of the following languages: German, French, or Dutch.
