This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Lead the exploration and solution development phase following contract signing, assisting clients in refining and broadening their initial business requirements into a well-defined solution scope.
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings to uncover business objectives, challenges, priorities, and high-impact functional opportunities.
• Identify and organize follow-up phases, feature enhancements, and post-sale solution possibilities aligned with client business goals.
• Convert initial client requests and high-level ideas into actionable requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation.
• Aid in the definition of backlogs, prioritization, roadmap development, and scope breakdown for implementation.
• Evaluate changes in requirements and assess their implications on scope, effort, timelines, and commercial potential.
• Ensure consistency between what was originally sold, further discoveries, and what is ultimately transferred to delivery teams.
• Participate in PoC / Discovery / Solution Design efforts by helping to define scope, assumptions, anticipated outcomes, and business value.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by proactively suggesting solution enhancements, optimization prospects, and future improvements.
• Over 4 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Product Owner, Solution Consultant, or a similar client-facing analytical position.
• Extensive experience collaborating with clients during the discovery, solution shaping, implementation, or consulting phases of custom software development projects.
• Strong knowledge of IT outsourcing/service business models and the lifecycle of custom software delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to lead discovery workshops, clarify ambiguous business needs, and translate them into a structured solution scope.
• Experience with complex digital products or platforms in areas such as AI, FinTech, SaaS, enterprise systems, or related fields.
• Proficient in requirements elicitation, business process mapping, user story creation, and backlog organization.
• Highly desirable experience in contributing to PoCs, discovery phases, or early-stage product/solution definitions.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, cloud-based solutions, and contemporary software architecture principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, BPMN/UML tools, Figma, or similar applications.
• Communication & Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills for continuous client engagement and internal collaboration.
• Ability to articulate complex technical solutions in clear business terminology.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including engagement with C-level, business, and technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of cross-functional, distributed teams.
