This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver consulting services and provide guidance to clients on ERP best practices and solutions.
• Design, create, and implement solutions and applications that support accounting and financial strategies.
• Oversee maintenance and administrative tasks for both production and non-production environments.
• Offer proactive client support and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Act as the primary contact during ERP implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support.
• Collect requirements, analyze the impact on platforms, and strategize functionality and data migration.
• Recognize opportunities for performance enhancements to maximize clients’ return on investment.
• Lead successful project implementation, secure sign-off, and conduct client satisfaction follow-ups.
• Review deliverables from vendor-partners and provide coaching to teams as necessary.
• Establish and nurture relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Create and test functional designs and solution prototypes.
• Adhere to company processes, guidelines, and frameworks.
• Share subject-matter expertise on financial business processes and implementation strategies.
• Engage in sales and marketing initiatives as required.
• Uphold confidentiality regarding client, employee, and firm information.
• Manage multiple projects while effectively updating team members on status and issues.
• Travel to client sites, both local and remote, which may include overnight stays.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Solution Architect in enterprise resource planning and/or a professional services environment.
• ERP certification aligned with product requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Prior experience using project management software and tracking systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ERP systems, including modules, third-party products, and both technical and operational processes.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Capability to multitask and manage several projects in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to adapt to changes while working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and capabilities for escalating situations as needed.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Outstanding time management and organizational abilities.
• Awareness of evolving internal and external IT landscapes.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Dependable, accountable, and capable of sound decision-making.
• Ability to remain stationary as necessary and operate a computer and office productivity equipment.

• Willingness to work outside of normal business hours and on weekends when required.
• Must be able to travel to local and remote clients, with overnight travel potentially necessary.
