• Lead the technical discovery phase and design robust, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

• Manage the estimation process from start to finish.

• Serve as the liaison between Sales and Delivery teams.

• Develop an architectural vision, roadmap, MVP definition, and high-level delivery plan.

• Take ownership of and enhance the end-to-end architecture of solutions.

• Propel system evolution towards clearly defined target and interim states.

• Engage in initiating new projects from the ground up.

• Tailor and oversee the harness and agent setup to align with a team's SDLC.

• Foster system innovation by utilizing AI as a fundamental enabler.

• Over 7 years of hands-on software development experience.

• More than 3 years of experience designing complex software architectures for multi-stack environments.

• Extensive, hands-on engineering experience throughout the entire SDLC.

• Practical experience in designing data solutions across relational databases.

• Experience in architecting solutions on at least one major cloud platform.

• Solid understanding of AI/GenAI and agentic development.

• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Previous experience in pre-sales, technical discovery, or solution consulting.
