Solution Architect, Level 2

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Manages the setup and installation of technical systems, applications, or process designs for clients utilizing purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions.

• Acts as a senior team member, assisting clients with initial access management, data mapping and transfer, process documentation creation, and training coordination for client users.

• Addresses and resolves client issues as they emerge.

• Displays a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce declarative automation and data integrity tools essential for configuring and extending nCino.

• Effectively communicates a proposed solution regarding customization options.

• Configures product features with consideration for the end-user perspective and the associated level of effort (LOE).

• Recognizes and conveys challenges related to environment strategy and deployment.

• Advises the team on optimal extensions to or around the nCino data model.

• Demonstrates strong troubleshooting skills using configuration reviews, debug logs, and Chrome tools.

• Suggests solutions employing Salesforce and nCino UX, along with security mechanisms to fulfill requirements.

• Conducts quality control and testing of nCino features.

• Utilizes complementary Salesforce tools proficiently.

• Exhibits a solid understanding of common integrations.

• Shows familiarity with DevOps practices.

• Promotes collaboration across teams aimed at delivering product configurations that enhance the end-user experience.

• Encourages ongoing learning and defines a tailored continuous learning path that supports career advancement.

• Applies AI tools and techniques to improve work efficiency and optimize business operations through automation of routine tasks, enhancing accuracy, saving time, and reducing errors.

• Utilizes AI-driven insights to enhance decision-making, improve customer experiences, and increase team productivity while ensuring measurable value is delivered, fostering innovation and smarter work methodologies.

• Remains updated on advancements in AI to promote continuous learning and scalable growth opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Typically requires at least 5 years of relevant experience or proficiency with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s/Advanced degree; or equivalent work experience (as applicable).

• 4+ years of architecture experience with Salesforce.com.

• Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator Certifications.

• Experience in analyzing, defining, and implementing solutions across Solution, Information, Technical, and Application Architecture.

• Knowledge and experience with various data encryption techniques.
