Solution Architect, ECAD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• You will create tailored integration solutions between ECAD and PLM systems, emphasizing scalability, maintainability, and performance.

• Drawing from functional and technical requirements, you will devise feasible integration concepts and system architectures that align with current IT infrastructures.

• You will establish interfaces, coordinate technical implementation teams, and ensure adherence to architectural principles, quality standards, and best practices.

• In close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders, you will manage the solution throughout its entire lifecycle, from requirements analysis to implementation and commissioning.

• You will assume technical project responsibility, support architecture reviews, and guarantee that the solution is thoroughly documented and further developed sustainably.

• Additionally, you will serve as the primary contact for integrating the solution into existing systems, assisting teams with qualifications, testing, and support both remotely and on-site.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification from a university or technical college.

• Several years of experience working with PLM systems like Siemens Teamcenter or Oracle Agile.

• Extensive experience with ECAD systems such as Altium Designer, Siemens Xpedition/PADS, Cadence OrCAD, Aucotec Engineering Base, EPLAN Electric P8, or similar.

• Significant experience in both traditional and agile project management methodologies.

• An independent, organized, and solution-focused work approach with a strong emphasis on customer needs.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in German is advantageous.

• Familiarity with .NET, C++, Java, C#, COM/COM+, XML, and ideally Ruby along with the associated frameworks is a plus.
