Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provides comprehensive leadership in the execution of a program, encompassing project planning and strategies for one or more moderately complex projects, delivery centers, or managed service teams.

• Organizes the project team and coordinates collective efforts to meet and surpass deliverables.

• Ensures the establishment and adherence to best practice methodologies.

• Coordinates and engages with the client(s)’ PMO.

• Conducts resource planning for the team and subject matter experts related to project activities.

• Publishes and maintains the project status dashboard and metrics reporting.

• Leads a team as either an onshore or offshore lead.

• Oversees knowledge transfer and mentoring within the team.

• Quantifies and estimates new work efforts.

• Demonstrates a solid understanding of Syniti’s Data Migration/Data Governance methodology.

• Exhibits strong proficiency in Syniti’s tools, adhering to prescribed development standards.

• Possesses a good understanding of business processes relevant to the assigned functional area.

• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the underlying technical data structures and definitions within the assigned functional process area.

• Develops data migration/governance rules in Syniti’s tools according to the provided specifications.

• Contributes to the integrated data migration design for the assigned process area through data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with on-site Syniti and client colleagues.

• Maintains related documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10-12 years of SAP Techno-Functional or Functional experience;

• 5+ full SAP implementation lifecycle(s).

• Expert-level business process knowledge related to one or more of the following SAP functional modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, PS, EHS, HCM.

• A total of 12+ years’ experience on IT projects.

• Leadership qualities - Leading a team or specific module based on project size AND/OR proficiency in Data Migration Project Management.

• Proficient in Syniti ADM/ADMM/Cransoft/DSP/SAP Data Services/other Data Migration tools.

• Extensive experience in data quality and data migration, including proficiency in data warehousing, data analysis, and conversion planning for data migration activities.

• 8 to 10 years of business process experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or another related analytical or technical discipline, or at least four (4) years of related experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft® SQL preferred: SQL query skills, comprehensive understanding of SQL table structures, and knowledge of relational databases.
