This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Oversee technical pre-sales initiatives, which encompass discovery sessions, client workshops, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, provide customer advice, collect requirements, articulate solution trade-offs, and communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
• Initiate customer projects for custom development services, ensuring a seamless transition into the delivery phase.
• Create architectures for enterprise systems and digital products spanning iGaming, Aviation, and Healthcare sectors.
• Participate in the organization-wide adoption of AI, including the implementation of AI tools and the establishment of optimization guidelines.
• Conduct technical interviews for positions such as Solution Architect and Tech Lead as needed.
• Over 5 years of software development experience with proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Over 3 years in a solution architecture role within a service or product-oriented company.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring one or more software development teams.
• Familiarity with Lean / Agile / Scrum methodologies and team scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent).
• Proven track record in pre-sales activities, including RFP/RFI responses, discovery workshops, and technical proposals.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum **B2 level (CEFR)**, both spoken and written.
• Experience with databases (RDBMS and NoSQL).
• Knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns.
• Understanding of security patterns, computer security, and networking vulnerabilities.
• Experience in designing high-load systems.
• Familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Expertise in microservices architecture (modular and scalable system design).
• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or cloud-native messaging services).
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools (e.g., Bitbucket Pipelines, GitLab CI, Argo) and deployment strategies.
• Experience in containerization and orchestration; Kubernetes; hybrid cloud environments.
• Understanding of security posture, data privacy, and data protection in the context of software development.
• Familiarity with cloud AI services, including AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), Azure (Cognitive / AI Services), or GCP (Vertex AI).
• Awareness of generative AI and the LLM landscape, including the trade-offs between SaaS and self-managed options and criteria for model selection.
• Knowledge of security considerations in AI solutions, such as secure model handling, data anonymization, and compliance issues.
• Ability to cultivate trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Capability to influence senior decision-makers.
• Competency in analyzing business, product, and technology requirements; reasoning through architectural trade-offs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning abilities.
• Commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
• Relevant industry experience in iGaming, Aviation, or Healthcare, including knowledge of pertinent regulatory frameworks (e.g., gambling licensing, aviation safety standards, HIPAA/GDPR).
• Familiarity with agentic AI architecture, including design patterns, frameworks, and orchestration tools (LangGraph, MCP, A2A).
• Possession of cloud provider Architect or Engineer certifications.
