Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Represent PTP CX services and solutions to clients and partners, including participation in client meetings and field events such as conferences and seminars.

• Collaborate with customers to determine their business and technical needs.

• Design and outline solutions that satisfy both business and technical requirements.

• Deliver presentations of solutions and conduct engaging demonstrations.

• Develop proposals and address the functional and technical aspects of RFIs/RFPs.

• Work alongside sales, partners, and internal teams to provide clients with exceptional CX solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in speech-based IVR development.

• Familiarity with IVR and speech standards (VoiceXML, SRGS, SISR, MRCP).

• Understanding of contact center infrastructure.

• Experience in executing large contact center implementations.

• Strong skills in presentations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is highly preferred.
