Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Provide expert consulting and leadership in solution design by creating efficient workflows, suggesting best practices, and assisting clients throughout the implementation, enhancement, and long-term success of solutions.

• Deliver workflow and solution design during client engagements to realize defined benefits.

• Assist clients with current workflows, upgrades, system modifications, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance.

• Serve as the primary consultant for solution troubleshooting, consultation, and knowledge transfer.

• Develop and maintain client relationships, including the escalation of issues, solution knowledge, and engagement support.

• Address escalated problems and issues utilizing solution knowledge and expertise during installation, operation, maintenance, or testing.

• Manage client expectations and ensure that project delivery aligns with engagement objectives.

• Coach, mentor, and guide solution teams on recommended methodology practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare information technology implementation or consulting.

• At least 1 year of experience in project management.

• Strong communication skills with technical, clinical, and operational teams.

• Ability to document and present architectural concepts, distilling complex ideas into a single overview.

• Competence in building robust client relationships and delivering client-centric solutions.

• Capability to navigate complex, high-volume, and sometimes contradictory information to resolve issues effectively.

• Preferred: at least 2 years of experience working with Netsmart EHR solutions.

• Travel may be required up to 20% of the time as necessary.

• Availability to work extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours when required.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
