Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Takes the initiative to establish and install technical systems, applications, or process designs for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions.

• Serves as a senior team member assisting clients with managing initial access, mapping and transferring data, creating process documentation, and training or coordinating training for client users.

• Addresses and resolves client issues as they occur.

• Displays a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce declarative automation and data integrity tools utilized for configuring and enhancing nCino.

• Clearly outlines a proposed solution regarding customization decisions.

• Configures product features considering the end-user perspective and the associated level of effort (LOE).

• Recognizes and articulates challenges inherent in environment strategy and promotion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally requires at least 5 years of relevant experience or proficiency with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s/Advanced degree; or equivalent work experience (as applicable).

• Over 4 years of experience in Salesforce.com architecture.

• Possession of Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator Certifications.

• Experience in analyzing, defining, and implementing solutions related to Information, Technical, and Application Architecture.

• Knowledge and experience with various data encryption methods.
