Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions utilizing APA tools.

• Leverage Automation Anywhere A360 features, including API Tasks, Code Review modules, Document Automation, AI Agents, and Co-Pilot for Automators.

• Work alongside business analysts and architects to collect requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Create and sustain reusable components and libraries.

• Apply coding, agent orchestration, version control, and governance best practices.

• Connect solutions through APIs and external systems for comprehensive process automation.

• Perform code reviews, testing, AI model validation, A/B testing, monitoring, and optimization.

• Design and uphold automation solutions across AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

• Support the Agile/DevOps lifecycle and enhance automation pipelines continuously.

• Guide junior developers.

• Produce and keep up-to-date technical documentation, user manuals, and framework guidelines.

• Track automation performance and implement enhancements for long-term sustainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field is specified, though "Master's degree preferred" is also mentioned.

• Over 4 years of practical experience in AI and automation development, particularly with APA tools and methodologies.

• Extensive experience with Automation Anywhere A360, encompassing advanced APA modules and integration functionalities.

• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and contemporary scripting languages.

• Strong comprehension of API development, integrations, and data flow across systems.

• Experience in developing secure, scalable, and modular automation solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and the software development lifecycle.

• Familiarity with AWS and Azure for deploying and managing automation environments.

• Proficient in framework development, agent lifecycle governance, and versioning strategies.

• Understanding of RPA documentation standards and best practices.

• Solid grasp of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

• Technical English proficiency at B1 level or above.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality automation solutions.
