This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provides support for Information Technology ERP, CRM, and various enterprise applications while ensuring excellent service delivery in areas such as incident management, environment and release management, project oversight, training, adoption, and supervision of third-party contractors within the designated application domains (Oracle CRM).

• Collaborates closely with business and IT leadership, serving as a knowledgeable resource to leverage the ERP solution in support of organizational goals.

• Establishes and manages necessary processes and procedures to ensure optimal systems configuration, implementation, upgrades, testing, and successful production outcomes.

• Works with System Implementation Partners to create a scalable solution that meets AIR’s requirements, leading the strategy, planning, and design of a comprehensive blueprint for CRM + ERP system architecture, including the sequential steps to achieve it.

• Engages with business stakeholders to gain insights into their sales management, commission, and sales execution processes, along with their requirements and challenges.

• Designs functional solutions that utilize Oracle Supply Chain modules to meet business needs.

• Configures Oracle Supply Chain applications in accordance with business requirements.

• Develops and implements test plans to verify the functionality of the configured system, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

• Collaborates with technical teams to establish data migration strategies and oversee the migration of financial data from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Financials.

• Trains end-users on effectively utilizing Oracle Fusion SC and creates user documentation and guides.

• Offers post-implementation support to resolve user issues, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure the smooth operation of the system.

• Advises teams responsible for applications, integration, reporting, and analytics on simplifying their landscape, minimizing complexity and total cost of ownership, and enhancing agility to achieve the business and financial objectives of both clients and the company.

• Acts as a primary escalation point for enterprise architecture, offering expert advice and solutions to complex issues.

• Encourages the dismantling of silos and localized optimization within a single department or function in favor of a global, cross-functional optimization approach across the company.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in the business or IT sector required.

• Previous experience with Order Management, PIM, Purchasing, and Inventory configuration is essential.

• Preferred experience in the complete consulting or IT project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and training).

• A B.S. or B.A. degree in business, MIS, or a related field is mandatory.

• Proper work authorization in the U.S. is required.

• At least four years of design, configuration, and development experience with Oracle Supply Chain.

• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.

• The candidate must have participated in at least two complete project lifecycles of OSC implementation.

• Familiarity with key concepts/modules such as Order Entry, Inventory Management, and Purchasing is necessary.

• Expertise in Job Roles and Duties for data security and access privileges is required.

• Experience in Application Extension/configuration, including creating/modifying Fields, Triggers, Object Workflows, and Global Functions is necessary.

• Strong knowledge of data migration from other CRM products to Oracle Fusion Cloud is essential.

• Experience in Enterprise Application Integration is preferred.

• Knowledge of Assignment Manager is beneficial.

• Experience using Oracle SC for Counter Sales/Point of Sales is required.

• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail are essential.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both business users and technical teams.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
