Solution Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Configure solutions utilizing Insurity Studio in alignment with requirements, design documentation, and industry best practices based on provided estimates.

• Develop and implement necessary feature tests for changes within scope and assigned use cases.

• Proactively recognize and escalate project-related risks in a timely manner.

• Support the Project Manager/Scrum Master in formulating configuration estimates.

• Collaborate with Product Management and R&D teams to enhance toolkit features and functionality.

• Deliver configuration projects of both large and small scale.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 1 year of experience in the Insurance Software sector or a broader software industry.

• More than 1 year of experience with low-code configuration is highly recommended.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira is recommended.

• Extensive experience with software applications, including Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

• Experience in building rate/quote/bind workflows is a significant advantage.

• Willingness to travel to customer locations: up to 5%.
