This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• In the role of Solution Advisory Manager for the United States, you will leverage your practical presales experience alongside your leadership abilities to enhance Jedox’s presales achievements throughout the Americas.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers: From the initial contact, engage with potential clients and existing customers, comprehend their business needs, obstacles, and aspirations, and effectively articulate how Jedox provides measurable value.
• Highlight the Jedox solutions: Present and demonstrate Jedox both online and in-person at customer meetings, trade shows, conferences, and webinars to support both new and ongoing business initiatives.
• Identify pain points and their business implications: Evaluate customer challenges and fundamental requirements, and convert them into persuasive, solution-focused narratives.
• Develop proofs of concept and value: Design and deliver proof of concepts (POCs) and proof of values (POVs) that illustrate concrete business advantages and facilitate successful opportunities.
• Assist in successful sales processes: Enhance the sales team’s efforts by contributing to RFI/RFP/RFQ responses to boost win rates and increase revenue.
• Lead and empower presales teams and partners: Oversee and mentor a small Solution Advisory team, efficiently allocate presales resources, and promote partner presales development.
• Foster collaboration and operational excellence: Enhance cross-functional teamwork and continuously refine presales processes, workflows, and overall effectiveness.
• 7–10 years of experience in a Sales Engineering or Pre‑Sales position, ideally combined with robust financial and management expertise.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with senior finance leaders, Heads of Controlling, and C‑level executives, particularly CFOs.
• University degree or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, confidently applied in daily tasks and decision-making.
• Practical experience with multidimensional databases (e.g., Jedox, OLAP, TM1, Infor, Essbase) and/or enterprise planning and EPM solutions (e.g., Jedox, Board, Anaplan, SAP Analytics Cloud) is highly preferred.
• A strong enthusiasm for engaging with new customers, industries, and intricate business challenges, bringing a strategic viewpoint to every interaction.
