This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Collaborate with clients to conduct workflow discovery, ensure successful adoption, and provide advanced optimization for designated Solventum product lines.
• Act as a subject matter expert for the assigned teams and solutions.
• Comprehend clients’ short-term and long-term strategic objectives.
• Perform reviews of current-state workflows and configurations utilizing Solventum's best-practice workflows.
• Work alongside clients to implement workflow optimization changes.
• Advocate for clients, document issues, and escalate them following standard protocols.
• Manage client relationship coordination and client-oriented interactions throughout the organization.
• Monitor assigned client satisfaction survey results and establish and track key performance indicators.
• Stay informed about industry and product developments.
• Engage in corporate programs and initiatives while adhering to professional, quality, corporate, and ethical standards.
• At least 10 years of experience in Health Information Management/clinical coding with exposure to a wide variety of cases.
• Relevant qualifications in Health Information Management and clinical coding.
• Eligible for full membership with the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA).
• Possess a current, valid Driver’s License.
• Qualifications from the La Trobe University Auditing Course or equivalent tertiary qualifications (additional qualification).
• Previous experience in auditing, training, and education in coding is highly preferred.
• Strong grasp of Revenue Cycle and related workflows.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows, systems, implementation, and training for medical professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple project streams and teams effectively.
• Experience in consulting with clients on health information systems.
• Familiarity with assigned solutions, services, and products.
• Proven industry knowledge.
• Competent computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills.
• Capacity to devise creative solutions and handle challenging situations diplomatically.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation prowess, and training capabilities.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
