This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Effectively driving profitable growth within the Energy & Process vertical market across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway.

• Crafting robust account strategies, pinpointing new business opportunities, and engaging with prospective customers and channel partners.

• Securing projects by delivering persuasive data and network solutions that provide substantial value to our clients.

• Making a significant impact by recognizing opportunities to enhance revenue with current clients through strong account plans and cross-selling initiatives.

• Increasing Belden’s footprint in the Energy & Process sector by directly engaging with potential clients and channel partners.

• Developing a thorough market analysis for the Energy & Process vertical in the designated regions, emphasizing areas with potential success for Belden.

• Formulating and executing effective sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and meeting revenue objectives.

• Collaborating with Customer Innovation Centers to create compelling, solution-oriented proposals that stimulate demand and secure projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Educational background: A degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience with a strong commercial emphasis.

• Professional experience: A proven history in sales within the Energy & Process sector, particularly in data and network solutions.

• International exposure: Experience in a medium-to-large international organization, navigating a matrix environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Agile mindset: Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the capacity to excel in a dynamic and metrics-driven setting.

• Language proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, along with proficiency in at least one other local language.
