Solid Works Engineer, AutoCAD / Inventor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Utilize SolidWorks to develop 3D models and comprehensive mechanical assemblies for tailored fabrication systems

• Produce shop drawings and production-ready documentation directly from the models created

• Adhere to parametric modeling standards to facilitate efficient design iterations

• Effectively communicate with in-house engineers to clarify requirements and set expectations

• Independently manage your workload while focusing on rapid execution when necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• SolidWorks: Over 5 years of experience using SolidWorks in an industrial or manufacturing environment

• Capability to work independently and deliver high-quality mechanical designs with minimal onboarding

• Skilled in preparing manufacturing-ready drawings and assemblies

• Strong knowledge of fabrication practices, tolerancing, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles

• Preferred: Experience in custom equipment, automation, or packaging industries

• Familiarity with AutoCAD (though it is infrequently utilized in this position)

• Readiness to engage in short-term, fast-paced projects
