SailPoint ISC Engineer, Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Set up, configure, and deploy SailPoint ISC components based on both business and technical requirements.

• Onboard applications into SailPoint ISC utilizing supported connectors and integration methods.

• Configure and manage Identity Profiles, which include identity attributes, account mappings, correlation rules, and provisioning settings.

• Design, configure, and maintain Access Profiles for application entitlements and assignment of access.

• Create and manage Roles based on business functions, access patterns, and governance requirements.

• Configure Lifecycle Events (LCEs) to automate processes related to joiners, movers, leavers, and other identity lifecycle events.

• Support provisioning workflows that involve account creation, modification, access assignment, and deprovisioning.

• Configure and generate reports to meet audit, compliance, operational monitoring, and governance requirements.

• Design and implement certification campaigns for user access reviews, manager reviews, application owner reviews, and role-based certifications.

• Collaborate with application owners and business stakeholders to gather access requirements and validate the scope of onboarding.

• Troubleshoot issues related to application onboarding, aggregation, correlation, provisioning, and certification.

• Assist with testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of production deployments.

• Maintain technical documentation concerning configurations, integrations, workflows, and operational procedures.

• Ensure that SailPoint ISC configurations comply with security, compliance, and identity governance best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

• Proficiency in configuring Identity Profiles, Roles, Access Profiles, Lifecycle Events, Reports, and Certifications.

• Solid understanding of concepts related to identity governance and administration.

• Experience in onboarding applications and integrating source systems with SailPoint ISC.

• Familiarity with access request, approval, provisioning, deprovisioning, and certification processes.

• Capability to troubleshoot issues concerning aggregation, correlation, provisioning, and access reviews.

• Understanding of the lifecycle processes for joiners, movers, and leavers.

• Experience collaborating with business users, application owners, and security teams.

• Strong skills in documentation, analysis, and communication.
