This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on various medical devices following manufacturer specifications.
• Collaborate with team leaders and account managers to support contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Keep precise service documentation and fulfill all administrative responsibilities utilizing the appropriate Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tool.
• Effectively communicate with hospital personnel and stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution of issues and necessary follow-ups.
• Support the broader engineering team in meeting both local and global service objectives.
• Uphold safe working practices and adhere to local Health & Safety regulations.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and ensure that tools and testing equipment are maintained to the required standards.
• Travel to additional healthcare facilities as necessary to facilitate service delivery.
• Engage in meetings with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) service personnel and contribute to initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
• Comply with relevant quality management systems, policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in biomedical engineering or a similar technical position.
• Knowledge of national regulatory standards pertaining to medical devices.
• Experience in clinical settings, preferably with direct interaction with patients or staff.
• Familiarity with a wide array of medical devices and technologies.
