This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.
• Conduct weekly grower meetings during the spring and fall selling seasons (10 meetings each season)
• Enhance meeting participation through outreach, referrals, and strategic territory planning
• Present soil health concepts in a peer-oriented, trust-building manner to groups of 5–20 growers
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Agronomists to provide an exceptional field experience
• Act as the primary point of contact for grower engagement and onboarding
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and perform timely follow-ups on grower commitments
• Engage in team meetings, coaching sessions, and cross-functional huddles to promote pod success
• Continuously enhance agronomic and sales communication skills through Thrive Hive enablement programs
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively engage with both small and large groups
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Experience in direct collaboration with farmers
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally
• Enthusiasm for sustainable/regenerative agriculture; knowledge of soil health is preferred but can be learned
• Valid Driver’s License
