Software Verification Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Execute customer software verification utilizing supplied technical documentation

• Attain software builds across diverse programming languages

• Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve build issues, ensuring software adheres to quality benchmarks

• Conduct additional feature testing as necessary to verify that the built software operates as intended

• Evaluate software requirements and technical documentation to grasp build procedures and dependencies

• Effectively communicate with team members and clients to comprehend requirements and provide status updates

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and programming languages pertinent to software verification

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of verification processes and methodologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in software development (preferred)

• More than 2 years of experience with Linux, Windows, and Mac operating environment fundamentals

• Basic comprehension of popular backend programming languages: Python, Java, NodeJS, and PHP

• Previous experience or knowledge of database and server configuration: MongoDB, SQL, MySQL

• Prior exposure or understanding of Git

• Fundamental knowledge of front-end languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred)

• Basic familiarity with API configuration (preferred)

• Capability to accurately and methodically follow technical build documentation

• Experience with a variety of build tools, such as msbuild, webpack, maven, and similar tools (preferred)

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and software development tools

• Strong analytical skills to interpret technical documentation and pinpoint key requirements

• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve intricate software challenges

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective collaboration with teams and clients

• Ability to adjust to various programming environments and swiftly learn new technologies

• Strong team player capable of working in cross-functional teams

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently
