This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design and deliver exceptional training programs for both new and existing customers.
• Facilitate classroom and instructor-led sessions at company locations, industry conferences, and customer sites, whether online or in-person.
• Organize and manage training sessions, overseeing participant and resource logistics.
• Encourage the use of online learning platforms such as SmartZone.
• Assess individual and group training requirements.
• Review and enhance training formats, materials, and methods of delivery.
• Leverage AI tools to evaluate learner feedback and performance metrics to refine training content and delivery.
• Keep curriculum and training materials current in line with product updates and industry standards.
• Apply reinforcement strategies, including spaced-learning initiatives, micro-challenges, job aids, and peer learning groups.
• Lead communities of practice, user groups, and continuous enablement sessions.
• Set training expectations and evaluate the transfer of knowledge post-training.
• Develop, mentor, and coach customer super users through train-the-trainer programs.
• Maintain current training databases and content.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams.
• Identify and escalate risks associated with product adoption, technology, knowledge retention, or self-learning access.
• Support KPIs, including process compliance and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Suggest and enhance AI-native processes.
• Participate in educational workshops, seminars, certification programs, and release training.
• Report directly to the Sr Manager of Professional Services.
• Post-secondary education, ideally in training and development, education, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in client-facing training, preferably within the software sector.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey simple and complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong grasp of adult learning theories, training development techniques, and industry best practices.
• High proficiency in software and technology literacy.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
• Experienced in conducting training sessions both face-to-face and remotely.
• Excellent documentation abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient with generative AI tools, including Claude and Copilot.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite and teleconferencing platforms, such as Zoom and WebEx.
• Willingness to travel 30% to customer onsite locations is necessary for eligibility.
