Software Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Accountable for effectively training clients in the utilization of KeyStone.

• Aids in the development of training programs and course materials essential for educating, training, and assisting both clients and employees in the use of KeyStone.

• Collaborates with fellow Education team members to fulfill the training objectives of the Department.

• Ensures that the delivery and learning environment are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, whether on-site or virtual.

• Cultivates and retains a comprehensive understanding of the KeyStone product.

• Organizes and maintains client training schedules.

• Communicates areas for student development to credit union management.

• Uploads training-related materials to the client Confluence space.

• Establishes strong relationships with each client and promptly relays feedback or concerns to the manager.

• Assists with monthly client Webex training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of six months to two years of relevant or similar experience.

• At least a high school diploma or GED.

• Preferably possesses experience in education, adult learning, training, or Credit Unions.

• Preferably has experience at a comparable software company.
