Software Trainer, Yardi – Prior Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the effective adoption and utilization of the Yardi Senior product suite.

• Cultivate and utilize relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic business goals.

• Conduct instructor-led and virtual training sessions customized to meet stakeholder requirements.

• Develop and update user guides, tutorials, video lessons, and FAQs.

• Revise training materials to incorporate product updates and enhancements.

• Stay informed about the latest features, updates, and best practices of Yardi Senior.

• Suggest enhancements to workflows and processes.

• Plan and coordinate training sessions for stakeholders.

• Track attendance, gather feedback, and assess progress to ensure effective training outcomes.

• Collaborate with internal support teams to address technical issues.

• Oversee CRM system performance and ensure data accuracy.

• Promote collaboration across programs and functions to support successful execution and maximize value capture.

• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and obstacles to facilitate problem resolution.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple portfolios of work.

• Strong grasp of project management and agile methodologies.

• Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

• Proven experience in designing and executing effective training programs.

• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies.

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.

• At least 3 years of experience in delivering software training, preferably in a SaaS context or with real estate/property management platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or similar systems.

• Experience with senior housing operators, property management teams, or within the healthcare or real estate sectors is highly desirable.

• Capability to conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions for varied user groups.

• Familiarity with Yardi modules, including Voyager (Senior Housing), Payscan, eProcurement, Vendor Café, Fixed Assets, Job Cost, Facility Manager, RentCafé Suite, Construction Manager, Utility Manager, Pulse Insights, and Document Manager, is advantageous.

• Proven background in project management, system implementation, or software consulting, especially in real estate, property management, or healthcare settings.

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification is highly preferred.

• Successful completion of a background check and verification of employment, education, and other relevant qualifications.

• Prior experience with Yardi training is mandatory.
