Software Test Engineer III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for identifying and examining issues detected during testing, as well as updating test cases based on identified defects.

• Collaborates closely with software developers and software test engineers to address and resolve issues.

• Creates and maintains automated test scripts to minimize repetitive manual testing efforts.

• Engages in comprehensive reviews of requirements, system architecture, and detailed design documents across projects.

• Formulates Test Strategy and End-to-End Scenarios.

• Comprehends essential daily reporting elements required for stakeholders and partners.

• Participates in ongoing improvement initiatives within the QA organization and researches new testing technologies and tools.

• Undertakes other pertinent tasks, responsibilities, or special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive background in software development processes and QA methodologies.

• Experience in developing automation scripts using Playwright, Typescript, or similar tools and technologies.

• Strong oral and written communication abilities.

• Significant experience with industry-standard test management tools.

• Solid foundation in testing within an Agile/Scrum framework.

• Experience in transitioning or modernizing legacy automation frameworks (such as from Selenium) is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (like GitHub Copilot or similar) to enhance software testing, automation development, and engineering productivity.
