This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct tests on modifications, customizations, and integrations to ensure functional accuracy and quality prior to deployment.
• Assess the quality, coverage, and dependability of test cases produced through automated testing methods.
• Create, uphold, and enforce standards for the automation framework and best practices in testing.
• Verify browser compatibility across all supported browsers and environments.
• Continuously enhance testing workflows in alignment with the client’s process development initiatives.
• Work in collaboration with development and business teams to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements and the relevant domain context.
• Identify, document, and monitor defects and testing deficiencies, driving them toward resolution.
• Keep test documentation, test outcomes, and defect-tracking records organized for audit and traceability purposes.
• Raise any testing framework or architectural decisions that deviate from established standards to the technical lead.
• Collaborate with technical and program leadership as well as stakeholders to facilitate project delivery.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline — or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in software testing, QA, or test automation, with a focus on validating integrations and system customizations.
• Proficiency with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress, adhering to established framework standards.
• Experience in evaluating the quality and coverage of test cases generated by automated testing solutions.
• Familiarity with cross-browser and compatibility testing tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery processes, including sprint testing cycles, backlog grooming, and validation of acceptance criteria.
• Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
• Ability to adhere to established testing standards and runbooks rather than independently designing test architecture.
• U.S. Person status and legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Capability to complete necessary background/vetting documentation, including SAAR-N, DD-2875, or Public Trust processes.
• Ability to finalize required security awareness training within the standard post-award timeframe.
• Capacity to obtain and sustain the necessary Public Trust determination and DoD system access.
