Software Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or engineering;

• Over 5 years of experience working with the JavaScript stack or a comparable technology;

• Practical experience with PHP is highly advantageous;

• 5 to 10 years of experience in core web application development (both front-end and back-end);

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, along with effective collaboration and communication skills;

• Familiarity with VSCode, Postman, Jira, GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker;

• Experience in building end-to-end systems optimized for performance and scalability;

• Knowledge of Angular/React, Express, MongoDB, NodeJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript;

• Familiarity with cloud platforms for delivering scalable solutions using DevOps;

• Experience in developing and deploying RESTful web services in XML, JSON, JavaScript, and JQuery;

• Background in Middleware and Open-Source tools & technologies;

• Experience in deeply reviewing code and providing coaching to peers on best practices;

• Proven experience leading teams and projects from initiation to completion;

• Direct management experience of employees;

• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud technologies;

• Experience in reviewing and addressing security-related issues;

• Experience working across multiple platforms (OS - Linux, Windows).
