Software Support Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Receive and document initial customer support requests efficiently.

• Help identify and analyze questions and issues related to software.

• Refer to the knowledge base for guidance and solutions regarding support tickets.

• Classify and direct tickets to the relevant teams as needed.

• Track ticket progress and ensure records are kept current.

• Maintain clear and respectful communication with customers, providing updates on their requests.

• Assist the team in resolving issues and responding to inquiries about the system.

• Engage in efforts to identify enhancements in support processes and solution documentation.

• Continuously expand knowledge of the product, tools, and team procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Information Technology, such as Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• A strong interest in technology, software, and customer support.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• A proactive, curious attitude, and a strong desire to learn.

• Skill in analyzing problems and seeking effective solutions.

• Capability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage various demands.

• Preferred: Basic understanding of customer support or ticket management tools.

• Preferred: Familiarity with software systems or SaaS products.

• Preferred: Basic knowledge of programming logic or databases.

• Preferred: Academic or professional background in customer support.

• Preferred: Understanding of Agile methodologies.
