Software QA Engineer II – Remoto

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop plans, scenarios, scripts, and testing procedures.

• Execute both manual and automated tests: functional, regression, integration, and compatibility.

• Document defects in tracking tools and assist in their resolution with the development team.

• Validate the software against technical and business requirements prior to production deployment.

• Review technical documentation and maintain test records.

• Participate in design reviews alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers.

• Mentor and guide junior QA Engineers.

• Plan, design, and implement testing strategies for software projects in Microsoft environments.

• Ensure that products meet quality standards and provide an excellent user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Software QA / Testing.

• Experience testing Microsoft solutions: .NET Framework, C#, and SQL Server.

• Proficiency with Azure DevOps.

• Familiarity with Agile and Kanban methodologies.

• Advanced English skills (C1 – C2).

• Reside in Colombia.

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields (preferred).

• Experience with test automation frameworks (preferred).

• Experience leading or mentoring QA teams (preferred).
