Freelance Software Tester – Payments Testing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Engage in a moderated usability study for a leading global financial technology firm.

• Participate in a one-on-one session with a Testlio UX Researcher at a predetermined time via a live remote video call with your camera turned on.

• Share your device screen while conducting the testing process.

• Discuss the current methods and services used to transfer money from Germany or the Netherlands to India.

• Execute a real money transfer of approximately $20 using the application under evaluation.

• Offer insights and feedback regarding clarity, expectations, and overall impressions of the application.

• Take part in a one-time study; the session will be recorded for research and analysis, with sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) redacted.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be physically located in Germany or the Netherlands; the use of a VPN is not allowed.

• Should be comfortable conversing in English; familiarity with German and Dutch is a plus.

• A total of 1.5 hours is required for the study.

• Access to a Laptop/PC as well as an iPhone or Android phone is necessary.

• Previous experience with digitally sending money to people in India or to Indian bank accounts is required.

• Must have never utilized the Wise app prior to this study.
