Software QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily functions and activities of testing teams within the Quality Assurance section.

• Evaluate user requirements, design documents, and additional documentation to create comprehensive test cases.

• Develop, execute, and verify manual functional and regression test cases.

• Record and document issues, executed test cases, test results, and detailed testing summaries.

• Develop, execute, and verify automated test cases.

• Conduct SQL queries for data analysis and manipulation.

• Collaborate with the development team and clients to comprehend the functionality under test and establish and implement test case automation.

• Clearly communicate test automation strategies and progress to the team.

• Perform performance and accessibility testing.

• Assist the Texas Education Agency with the CRM application project and collaborate with the CRM development team on software testing services.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 years of experience in testing complex web applications.

• 6 years of experience with Microsoft Service Dynamics 365.

• 6 years of proficiency in SQL.

• 4 years of experience using JMeter/WAPT Pro or another load testing tool.

• 4 years of automation experience with Java and TestNG.

• 3 years of experience with Playwright.

• 2 years of experience with GitHub Copilot skills.

• Preferred: 4 years of prior experience with Zypher Scale.

• Preferred: 4 years of prior experience with Jira.

• Preferred: 4 years of experience with Power BI.

• Preference for Texas-based candidates.

• Services are expected to commence on 09/15/2026 and conclude by 08/31/2027.
