Software Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the comprehensive management of standard implementation and industry solution software projects from inception to completion.

• Develop and implement project work plans, adjusting them as necessary to accommodate evolving needs and requirements.

• Plan, execute, and complete projects within established deadlines and budget constraints.

• Contribute to project management activities, encompassing project plan creation, budget oversight, time management, risk management, scope tracking, and team coordination.

• Track project progress and communicate updates to relevant team members.

• Offer essential feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

• Oversee customer transactions and facilitate coordination among internal teams.

• Engage with customer stakeholders to comprehend their business and technical objectives related to SmartMessage usage.

• Establish credible relationships within customer organizations, ranging from senior personnel to SmartMessage end users.

• Collaborate with internal technical teams to empower and train customers in effectively utilizing SmartMessage's platform and features.

• Provide engaging training sessions and workshops.

• Customize one-on-one onsite and remote onboarding experiences to align with client needs and exceed their expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in software project management and software development.

• Both theoretical and practical knowledge of software project management.

• Extensive project management experience and/or relevant certifications (PMP, PMgP, Agile, Prince2, etc.).

• Proven leadership capabilities.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Over 3 years of experience managing complex enterprise implementation projects involving multiple senior client stakeholders at a SaaS company or similar environment.

• Experience in software project management, handling large and complex implementations within highly matrixed organizations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to navigate conflicting priorities.

• Experience with Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
