Senior Manager, Technical Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, mentor, and nurture Solution Architects and Senior Developers throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.

• Conduct one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, career development planning, and skills assessments.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.

• Identify skill deficiencies and formulate development plans, training programs, and certification pathways.

• Recruit, onboard, and retain top integration talent.

• Provide technical guidance and coaching during project engagements.

• Supervise and quality-assess scalable integration solutions utilizing Celigo integrator.io.

• Ensure adherence to best practices for API integrations, AI agents, data transformation, security, governance, and performance optimization.

• Lead or participate in architecture reviews for intricate integration engagements.

• Address technical obstacles on current projects.

• Advocate for Celigo iPaaS, agentic services, MCP servers, and AI-enabled automation.

• Promote consistent integration patterns, reusable templates, and enhancements to methodologies.

• Act as a senior technical representative to engage customers and partners.

• Facilitate design workshops, business process evaluations, and integration roadmap sessions.

• Review and validate Statements of Work (SOWs), project estimates, and solution designs.

• Represent customer requirements internally to influence product design and service offerings.

• Assist in pre-sales with technical credibility and delivery-scoping expertise.

• Own and manage delivery KPIs, including utilization, customer satisfaction, time-to-value, and quality.

• Scale delivery methodologies, tools, and documentation standards.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support to ensure seamless customer experiences.

• Contribute to specialized teams, methodology enhancements, and knowledge-sharing programs.

• Monitor iPaaS trends, AI/ML integration patterns, and the Celigo platform roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or MSIS preferred.

• 12+ years of combined experience in integration development, solution architecture, or technical consulting within enterprise software or iPaaS settings.

• 7+ years of direct management experience leading technical delivery teams in a professional services or consulting environment.

• Proven track record in managing and developing teams of developers and/or solution architects across multiple concurrent customer engagements.

• Experience across the entire delivery lifecycle, from requirements and SOW definition to post-go-live support and knowledge transfer.

• Strong background in client-facing delivery with a history of managing senior stakeholder relationships.

• Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled integration patterns, LLMs, agentic services, or MCP server architectures.

• Required experience with ERP system integrations and cloud/SaaS platforms.

• In-depth understanding of iPaaS architecture patterns, middleware concepts, and cloud integration best practices.

• Extensive experience with API integrations and API management, including REST, SOAP, webhooks, OAuth, and token-based authentication.

• Proficient in or well-acquainted with JavaScript/Node.js.

• Expertise in data transformation across JSON, XML, CSV, EDI, and flat files.

• Experience integrating and operationalizing AI/LLM services within enterprise integration workflows.

• Familiarity with agentic architectures and orchestration concepts, including Celigo agentic services and MCP servers.

• Understanding of integration lifecycle management.

• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, communication, client-facing, business acumen, prioritization, ownership, learning, and collaboration skills.

• Hands-on experience with legacy integration methods is a plus.

• Prior experience with Celigo integrator.io or similar iPaaS platforms is strongly preferred.

• Previous pre-sales or solution scoping experience is advantageous.
