This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +8 more states.
• Oversee cross-functional software implementation and upgrade projects involving a diverse array of subject matter experts from project kickoff to completion.
• Manage project stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, risks, and action items utilizing meetings, meeting minutes, scheduling, forecasting software, and other essential project management tools.
• Cultivate relationships with client and partner stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Generate reports detailing installation activities, maintaining strict oversight of installation forecasts.
• Track project readiness and coordinate the delivery of equipment and licensing to ensure timely and effective installation.
• Review purchase order transmittals, identifying any unusual service requirements and following up with the appropriate functions.
• Advise clients on complex facility requirements, needs, and changes, including but not limited to active directory and domain requirements, IT security, power and network specifications, workstation layouts, and server requirements.
• Provide proactive support to clients for the implementation of predefined concepts.
• Regularly collaborate with high-visibility clients and projects.
• Juggle multiple projects simultaneously while identifying and mitigating project risks.
• A bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 3 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Must possess analytical skills, attention to detail, and superior verbal and written communication abilities.
• A self-driven, team-oriented individual with strong organizational capabilities.
• A proactive mindset with outstanding organizational skills and a team-focused approach.
• Strong customer service aptitude is essential.
• Excellent conflict management skills are required; capable of handling escalations effectively.
• Eager to learn and grow, bringing passion, energy, and creativity along with a strong desire for project execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A general understanding of network design, software control systems, and server management is necessary.
• Proficient in using business tools such as E-mail, Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP systems and productivity software is preferred.
• Project management capabilities are paramount, although a solid technical background is crucial for balancing competing interests.
