This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Support the management and development of the patent portfolio

• Prepare and prosecute patent applications

• Work closely with clients' teams

• Engage in business development and networking activities

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a registered USPTO Patent Agent

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a patent agent

• Background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or software fields

• Proficient in drafting and reviewing utility and design patent applications

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Capable of self-management and directing responsibilities
