This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assist in our pre-sales initiatives by engaging directly with customers and addressing requests for technical information, including Lunit’s strategies related to information security and privacy, as well as technical implementation.
• Take charge of the system design management.
• Process and install Lunit systems effectively.
• Configure the system within the client's computer environment.
• Develop integration components and interfaces.
• Conduct functional and comprehensive workflow process testing.
• Oversee data conversions from competitor systems into Lunit software.
• Supervise the migration of data from legacy systems to new systems.
• Facilitate the customer onboarding process by taking responsibility for the installation, monitoring, and updating of on-premises systems, including training the customer’s IT staff as needed.
• Collaborate directly with customers, as well as our Customer Success and Software Engineering teams, to address issues impacting customers.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Additional skills in Portuguese are a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of SQL, particularly in relation to backups, restores, and permissions.
• Experience in IT networking and the ability to collaborate with customer IT departments to troubleshoot complex networking issues.
• Comfort in explaining technical terms such as SSL, HTTP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, subnets, Firewalls, switches, and TCP/IP without hesitation.
• Familiarity with both Windows Server and Linux servers.
• Experience with Windows desktops and tablets.
• Experience in setting up and supporting Thick clients.
• Practical knowledge of remote connectivity software like SecureLink, RDP, Citrix, and Cisco VPN.
• Minimum of 5 years in technical customer service within the medical device sector.
• Understanding of terms such as Modalities, DICOM, PACS, HL7, and RIS.
• Willingness to occasionally work scheduled evenings or weekends.
• Capability to collaborate with teams across different time zones and various geographical locations, including Latin America, the United States, New Zealand, and South Korea.
• Experience in configuring virtual machines is preferred.
• Experience in administering Microsoft Windows is preferred.
