Software Engineering Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of backend engineers in both new and existing projects.

• Manage the entire software lifecycle, from design conception to production and final retirement.

• Establish architectural strategy and collaborate closely with the Product Manager on roadmap development and prioritization.

• Act as a servant leader who nurtures the growth of your team while delivering high-quality, impactful software.

• Promote a genuine DevOps environment — implementing infrastructure as code, enhancing observability, automating testing, and ensuring continuous delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong practical experience in C#/.NET backend development.

• Demonstrated expertise with Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Thorough understanding of event-driven architecture and microservices development.

• Experience in leading or mentoring engineers within a cooperative team setting.

• Capability to establish technical direction and offer architectural guidance.

• Comfortable collaborating with Product teams to shape roadmaps and drive project delivery.
