Software Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Take ownership of the team's mission, execution, morale, and code quality.

• Collaborate with product managers to uphold and implement the product roadmap.

• Eliminate obstacles, identify and apply process enhancements, and delegate responsibilities efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in a dynamic software development environment at scale.

• More than 2 years of experience in a leadership role within software engineering.

• Proficient in developing high-traffic full-stack web or data applications.

• Over 3 years of preferred experience in engineering management.

• Proven track record of innovating unique approaches and solutions to complex problems is preferred.

• A BS/MS/PhD in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
