Software Engineering Manager – Agentic AI Applications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Lead a team focused on developing agentic AI capabilities

• Remain actively involved with architecture, coding, and component creation

• Take ownership of the technical strategy for the platform

• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish priorities and convert needs into a strategic roadmap

• Establish engineering practices and workflows

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience in software development

• At least 2 years of experience in leading engineering teams as a manager or technical lead

• Proficient hands-on experience with C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript

• Proven experience in designing full-stack systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Demonstrated history of hiring and mentoring engineers

• Experience in owning technical strategy or architectural design
