Software Engineering Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of backend, frontend, or full-stack applications utilizing technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, React, and AWS, while facilitating integration across distributed systems.

• Develop clean, testable, and efficient code adhering to team standards and receiving guidance from mentors.

• Engage in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups to embrace agile engineering methodologies.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Product, to guarantee seamless deployment and operation of services.

• Investigate and suggest improvements to enhance system reliability and developer productivity during the replatforming initiative.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.

• Strong expertise in Java and a grasp of object-oriented design principles.

• Experience with TypeScript, React, or contemporary web development frameworks is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, or RDS.

• Basic knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.

• Experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration tools is a bonus.

• A strong willingness to learn new technologies, take initiative, and collaborate within a team setting.

• A keen interest in fintech, blockchain, or scalable backend systems.
