Software Engineering Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with students and professionals as they build careers in software engineering.

• Instruct essential skills in software architecture and frontend frameworks.

• Address AI-related engineering tasks such as AI system design, AI code assessments, model development, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.

• Provide support for the career aspect of their journey, including resume reviews, cover letter guidance, LinkedIn profile evaluations, behavioral interview preparation, technical interview preparation, salary negotiation strategies, promotion strategies, and networking strategies.

• Set your own hours and rates, and conduct sessions virtually.

• Professional experience in the field of software engineering.

• Previous coaching or mentoring experience is preferred.

• A clear and structured approach to simplifying complex technical concepts.
