Software Engineering AI Trainer, Mexico

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and execute multi-file coding assignments that include bug resolution, feature enhancement, code refactoring, and testing.

• Create clear specifications in natural language along with reference implementations.

• Develop and enhance unit and integration testing suites.

• Evaluate peer-generated assignments for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Detect edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure points.

• Ensure coherence among specifications, code, and anticipated outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced professional proficiency in written English.

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in software engineering.

• Strong expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Java, C#, or Go.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments.

• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing).

• Demonstrated ability to debug and navigate extensive, multi-file codebases.

• Experience with code reviews, refactoring efforts, and production migrations.
