This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver solutions using Agile methodologies.
• Design, develop, and implement cloud solutions utilizing automated cloud deployment capabilities.
• Provide architectural design services and blueprints for cloud solutions in cloud-native or cloud-optimized patterns for senior levels.
• Optimize cloud solutions focusing on performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
• Apply principles of containerization to enhance application deployment.
• Implement test-driven development, conduct peer reviews, and perform quality/vulnerability scanning.
• Establish and maintain automated software pipelines and build processes.
• Monitor secure configurations and deployments.
• Set up monitoring and logging processes and create customer dashboards to address performance and security issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and release packages.
• Conduct user acceptance testing in collaboration with customer counterparts.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to software developers at levels 3–5.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies through participation in industry events and conferences.
• Maintain DOD-mandated certifications and comply with common computing environment requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Secret Clearance is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Proven experience collaborating with clients and stakeholders using Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with CloudFormation, Terraform, Workflows, and automated cloud deployment capabilities.
• Experience in designing cloud-native or cloud-optimized architectures for senior levels.
• Knowledge of cloud optimization, security protocols, performance measures, and cost-effectiveness strategies.
• Familiarity with containerization techniques.
• Experience with test-driven development, peer reviews, and quality/vulnerability scanning.
• Proficiency in Jenkins, GitLab, and automated software pipelines/build processes.
• Experience with Twistlock, Chef, SSM, CloudTrail, and CloudWatch.
• Ability to create technical documentation and release packages.
• Proficient in conducting user acceptance testing with customer counterparts.
• Capable of providing mentorship and leadership for developers at levels 3–5.
• Ability to maintain DOD-mandated certifications such as Security+ and other customer-required computing environment certifications.
