This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Execute both manual and exploratory testing across various features and releases within an agile team environment.
• Take ownership of the QA process for assigned features from the initial requirements stage through to sign-off.
• Develop, manage, and uphold test cases and scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Handle defect management by logging, tracking, escalating, and verifying fixes.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to review requirements, identify risks, and create test plans.
• Engage in stand-up meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other sprint-related ceremonies.
• Work together with the broader QA team and other departments to deliver a high-quality product.
• Contribute to process enhancements and elevate the team’s quality benchmarks.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, test plan organization, and technical specifications.
• Proven experience in writing and executing manual test cases within the scope of projects.
• Extensive experience in QA testing for web or mobile applications.
• Familiarity with defect management and bug-tracking tools, such as JIRA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Capability to meet tight deadlines, manage workloads effectively, and escalate issues as necessary.
• Comfort in collaborating across teams and communicating with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Experience with the Unity Engine or other interactive 3D tools is a plus.
• Background in a QA role within the gaming or interactive media sector is advantageous.
• Experience in backend or API testing would be beneficial.
• Previous involvement in building or contributing to automated testing procedures could be a plus.

• Proficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written communication is required.
