Software Engineer, Partner Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop in-depth technical knowledge of Liftoff products to enhance customer outcomes

• Convert intricate business requirements into impactful, scalable technical solutions

• Manage the complete technical lifecycle for partner integrations, from onboarding to ongoing maintenance

• Improve Liftoff tools and products using feedback from customers and partners

• Detect, investigate, and resolve reported issues

• Create automated solutions to prevent the recurrence of issues

• Collaborate with engineering, product, partner, and other teams

• Utilize design principles, risk-based testing, and code reviews to promote engineering excellence

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience; experience in the adtech industry is advantageous

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; a degree in Computer Science or Data/Analytics is preferable

• Proficient in at least one programming language such as Golang, Python, JavaScript, or Java

• Strong SQL and big data analytical skills

• Demonstrates customer empathy and a passion for solving problems

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

• Effective communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Self-driven, proactive, and cooperative attitude

• A curious mindset and enthusiasm for overcoming challenges
